2. Material and Quality: The Graphic Workshop uses high-quality vinyl wrap material with a laminate finish for durability and UV protection. The wrap is expected to last 5-7 years, depending on weather conditions and maintenance.
3. Installation: Installation will be carried out by experienced and trained professionals. The wrap will be applied using standard installation techniques.
4. Removal: Wrap removal is available at an additional cost. The removal process may take several hours.
5. Payment and Pricing: Payment is due upon completion of installation. Pricing is based on design complexity, material quality, and installation expertise.
6. Liability and Warranty: The Graphic Workshop is not liable for damage to vehicle paint or surfaces during installation or removal. A warranty is provided for material and installation (1-3 years, depending on the package).
7. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation fees apply if the project is cancelled after design approval. Refunds will be provided for unused materials and services.
8. Permits and Regulations: The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and complying with local regulations.
9. Maintenance and Care: Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain the wrap's appearance and longevity. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
10. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration (if necessary).
11. Additional Information: The Graphic Workshop reserves the right to use images of the wrapped vehicle for marketing purposes. The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is in a suitable condition for wrapping (e.g., clean, dry, and free of rust or corrosion).
