1. Design and Artwork: The Graphic Workshop will create a design concept based on the customer's brief. The customer is responsible for approving the design before production. Any changes to the design after approval may incur additional fees.
2. Material and Quality: The Graphic Workshop uses high-quality materials suitable for the specific signage type (e.g., vinyl, aluminum, acrylic). The signage is expected to last for a reasonable amount of time, depending on the material and environmental conditions.
3. Production and Delivery: Production timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the design and the type of signage. Delivery will be made to the agreed-upon location, and the customer is responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive the signage.
4. Installation: Installation services are available at an additional cost. The Graphic Workshop will install the signage using suitable methods and materials.
5. Payment and Pricing: Payment is due upon completion of production. Pricing is based on design complexity, material quality, and production time.
6. Liability and Warranty: The Graphic Workshop is not liable for damage to property or persons during installation or use of the signage. A warranty is provided for material and production defects (1-3 years, depending on the package).
7. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation fees apply if the project is cancelled after design approval. Refunds will be provided for unused materials and services.
8. Permits and Regulations: The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and complying with local regulations.
9. Maintenance and Care: Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain the signage's appearance and longevity. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
10. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration (if necessary).
11. Additional Information: The Graphic Workshop reserves the right to use images of the signage for marketing purposes. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is safe and accessible.
By proceeding with the project, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
