Terms and Conditions

1. Validity: Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices and specifications are subject to change after this period.

2. Scope of Work: The estimate outlines the scope of work, including design, materials, and installation (if applicable). Any changes to the scope of work may incur additional fees.

3. Design and Artwork: The Graphic Workshop retains ownership of all design and artwork concepts until full payment is received. The customer is responsible for ensuring design approval before production.

4. Material and Quality: The Graphic Workshop uses high-quality materials suitable for the specific project. Materials are subject to availability and may be substituted with equivalent alternatives.

5. Production and Delivery: Production timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the design and the type of project. Delivery will be made to the agreed-upon location, and the customer is responsible for ensuring someone is present to receive the project.

6. Installation: Installation services are available at an additional cost. The Graphic Workshop will install the project using suitable methods and materials.

7. Payment and Pricing: Payment is due upon completion of production. Pricing is based on design complexity, material quality, and production time.

8. Liability and Warranty: The Graphic Workshop is not liable for damage to property or persons during installation or use of the project. A warranty is provided for material and production defects (1-3 years, depending on the package).

9. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation fees apply if the project is cancelled after design approval. Refunds will be provided for unused materials and services.

10. Permits and Regulations: The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and complying with local regulations.

11. Maintenance and Care: Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain the project's appearance and longevity. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

12. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration (if necessary).

By accepting the estimate, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
